So, finally the very longed cruiser bike Bullet Electra Twin Spark, launched in India with latest technology. This 350 cc Thunderbird Twinspark is the first model from Royal Enfield to get the Twinspark UCE (Unit Construction Engine). They have done this to make their bike to comply with the Bharat Stage IV emission norms which go into effect on the 1st of next month.
Unit construction engine fitted gives greater power and torque. Aesthetics have also been refined, resulting in a sleeker & more aerodynamic profile while still with the looks of thunderbird. The Twin-spark technology helps in improving fuel efficiency and a better pick-up with all smooth riding experience.
This new Electra have the option of Front disk brakes and electric with looks still coming from thunder-bird. The long exhaust looks a little bit different but stylish. This model seems to be the first one in the series of bikes, the company is planning to launch in the future, as Royal Enfield is planning to launch four new models in the end of 2010. The Company officials are claiming the fuel average of 40-45 Kmpl with this bike.
Accoridng to Royal Enfield’s website: “Along with the UCE engine come the double benefits of more power , and better fuel economy, more reliability and lesser maintenance“.

Colors available in the bike are Blue, Black and Red.
Price: This bike will cost you 89,950 (ex-showroom) and 93.850 (ex-showroom) for kick start and self-start variants respectively in Chennai.
